About me
I’m a qualified, senior level accredited Executive- Leadership and Career Alignment Coach, with 20+ years of enriching experience in the Luxury Sustainable Creative Industry as a leader and mentor.
I left my corporate job to wholeheartedly dedicate myself to coaching, mentoring and facilitating individuals and teams who want to move, courageously and confidently, to their next level of success and fulfilment.

I support leaders and their teams in enhancing their emotional intelligence to gain better leadership and interpersonal skills, regulating their emotions and managing complex projects and conflict with confidence. I help them in developing high potential talented teams, improving interpersonal and team dynamics with effective communication as well as infusing a coaching culture within the organisation.

I collaborate as a mentor and facilitator with businesses in Luxury, Sustainability and Creative fields (creative teams, HR and functional teams) as well as in industries where emotional intelligence and a person-centred approach is required. ​
